Wenona School in North Sydney had a good-sized order come through, and with fifteen sandwich and wrap platters going out alongside two Chicken Vietnamese Salad platters, it was clearly feeding a decent group. The kind of order where the food needs to hold up once it arrives, not just look good on a table.

The Chicken Vietnamese Salads were a smart call for something lighter sitting next to all that bread. The Seasonal Fruit Platter rounded things out toward the end of a meal, when people are picking rather than eating properly. Two individually packed sandwiches were also included, one gluten free and one standard, both Chicken Avocado, which tells you someone had specific dietary needs accounted for before the order was placed.

Fifteen platters is a lot of wrapping to get through on a busy school day.
