Wenona School in North Sydney had us deliver seven Grazing Platters earlier this week, and that kind of volume tells you something about the occasion. Whatever was happening on campus, it clearly needed food that could sit out, hold up, and feed a crowd without any fuss.
Grazing Platters work well in school settings because nothing needs to be plated or portioned. People can move through, take what they want, and come back. With seven platters across what we assume was a decent-sized gathering, there would have been enough to keep things looking full well into the event rather than picked over by the halfway point.
Seven platters in one go is not a small ask, and the team at Wenona School clearly knew exactly how much they needed.
