Akaysha Energy’s office in Sydney had a straightforward brief for this one. An Italian Antipasto Platter and a Seasonal Fruit Platter, nothing more needed.
The antipasto worked well as something people could graze on across a meeting. Cured meats, olives, and accompaniments that hold up over time rather than needing to be eaten the moment they arrive. That kind of food suits a working environment where people are in and out of a room rather than sitting down for a structured meal.
The fruit platter sat alongside it cleanly. Lighter, refreshing, and the kind of thing that gets picked at steadily through the back half of a session when the savoury options have done their work.
Two platters, but they complemented each other in a way that made the table feel considered without being overcomplicated.
