The Amazon Web Services Australia Pty Ltd team in Sydney kept things simple for this one, and it worked exactly as it should. A platter of cocktail gourmet chicken and mushroom pies alongside a pack of mini profiteroles. Both arrived at 2pm, timed to land just as the afternoon was starting to drag.
The pies did the heavy lifting early. Warm, savoury, easy to eat standing up or between meetings, they were the kind of thing a busy office actually finishes rather than picks at. The profiteroles came into their own once the savoury was gone, giving the whole spread a natural arc without anyone having to plan it that way.
