Fifteen Sandwich, Wrap and Baguette Platters made up the bulk of it, which for a busy real estate office mid-week makes a lot of sense. People could eat at their desks or between appointments without any fuss.

One individual gluten free order also came through, a Ham, Cheese and Mustard sandwich, prepared separately so it was easy to identify and hand directly to the right person.
