The Diageo team in Sydney had a full day of it, and the food order reflected that. It started in the morning with two Breakfast Boxes and a Pancake Platter, which covered the early crowd without anything sitting around waiting. The pancakes especially tend to go quickly in a group setting, so having them alongside the breakfast boxes meant people were eating rather than hovering.
By lunch, the platters did the work. The Beef Bibimbap Salad, Mediterranean Chicken, Chicken Vietnamese Salad, and Couscous with Pumpkin and Feta gave people enough to mix and match without the whole thing feeling like a production. The Seasonal Fruit Platter and Raw Fingers and Slices kept things going through the afternoon, which is usually when most offices run out of food and energy at the same time.
Two meals, one delivery, no gaps in between.
