EnergyCo NSW had a substantial lunch order come through to Sydney this week, and the scale of it made sense the moment you looked at the quantities. Twenty Sandwich, Wrap and Baguette Platters across two separate line items tells you this was feeding a proper crowd, not just a meeting room of six people.

The Chicken Vietnamese Salad Platter sat alongside all of that, giving the team something lighter to pull from. In a lunch spread that heavy on hand-held food, having the salad there meant people weren’t locked into one format. It worked as a side, or just as a break from the wraps and baguettes.

Twenty platters of that kind takes some coordination to land cleanly. Everything arrived ready to put straight out, which for a team that size matters more than most people realise until it doesn’t happen.
