Grace Hotel keeps a busy kitchen, so when a lunch order comes through for a crowd, it needs to land clean and ready to go. This one to Sydney did exactly that.
The platters made up the backbone of the order. Garden platters in both large and small, creamy potato salad across multiple sizes, and fruit platters to round things out. Everything arrived in white platters, which sit neatly on a buffet or prep bench without taking up unnecessary space.
Alongside those, the individual items covered the kind of lunch crowd that never fully agrees on anything. Chicken avo sandwiches were the clear favourite going by the quantity, but the chipotle wraps, a salmon cream cheese wrap, falafel, and a gluten free chicken avo option meant nobody was left hunting for something suitable.
The baguettes added some texture to the mix. Ham, cheese and pickle, Sicilian tuna, chicken BLAT, and a cheese, tomato, onion and pickle option sitting alongside them. For a hotel environment where service timing matters, having that much ready on arrival without any assembly required is genuinely useful.
