Hpx Group’s office in Sydney had two large fruit platters and forty assorted mini muffins arrive this week, and the combination made a lot of sense for a workplace setting. The fruit platters were substantial enough to sit out through a meeting without looking depleted, and the muffins gave people something to grab on their way through rather than sitting down for.
It’s a straightforward order, but that’s exactly what made it work. The muffins covered the grab-and-go moment, the fruit handled the longer grazing window, and nothing needed plates or cutlery. For a team that clearly had somewhere to be, that kind of setup removes a lot of friction from the room.
The empty platters at the end of the session said enough.
