IML ANZ’s order for Sydney came together around the kind of midday setup where people need to move quickly and still eat properly. Eighteen sandwich, wrap and baguette platters formed the backbone of the order, which tells you this was a team feeding itself on a schedule, not a slow lunch.
Alongside those, the chicken Viet salad platter and the fruit platter gave people something lighter to reach for. The mini brownies and assorted mini muffins covered the afternoon slump without needing a separate sweet course. A vegan bar, a chia pod, and a chicken BLAT baguette rounded things out for the individuals with more specific needs.
What struck us about this one was the sheer weight of the sandwich platters relative to the rest. Eighteen of them. That is a team that knows exactly how its people eat.
