International SOS put together a solid midday spread for their team in Sydney, and the order made a lot of sense for a workplace lunch. Twenty platters of sandwiches, wraps and baguettes were the backbone of it, the kind of format that moves quickly when people are grabbing food between meetings or on a short break.
Alongside that, two Mediterranean salad platters gave the table something more substantial for anyone not reaching for bread, and the vegan build meant nobody had to check ingredients or ask questions. The fruit skewers came out looking clean and bright next to the pastries, which ran across two platters and gave the sweeter side of the table a proper presence rather than an afterthought portion.
The Sweet and Savoury Platter filled in the gaps nicely, sitting between the main lunch items and the lighter bites. For a team of that size, having food that covers lunch properly without requiring any serving or setup effort is usually what makes the difference, and the fruit skewers in particular tend to disappear faster than people expect.
