The JCDecaux team in Sydney had a solid morning spread going with this one. Two dozen assorted mini muffins, two boxes of ham, salmon, and vegetable croissants, a morning and afternoon tea platter, and two seasonal fruit platters covering the table.

What made this order practical was how naturally it split across the day. The croissants and muffins covered the earlier part of the morning, while the tea platter and fruit gave the team something to return to later without anything feeling stale or out of place by midday.

The fruit platters in particular tend to work well in office environments where people are grazing between meetings rather than sitting down for a proper break. Having two of them meant no one was hovering over the last pieces by mid-morning.
