Lendlease had ten platters of sandwiches, wraps, and baguettes delivered to their Sydney office this week, and the order made a lot of sense for the setting. A large team, a midday window, food that people could grab without sitting down or waiting. That practical fit is what made it work.

The mix of sandwiches, wraps, and baguettes meant people were not all reaching for the same thing, which kept the service moving smoothly through what looked like a busy floor. Ten platters at that scale covers a proper headcount without leaving people circling back hoping something is still there.

The baguettes in particular tend to disappear first in a corporate setting. That was true here too.
