Mission Australia’s Sydney office had a solid lunch order come through, and it was the kind of delivery where almost every dietary need was quietly accounted for without any one option feeling like an afterthought to the rest.
The bowls did most of the heavy lifting. Bimbimbap Poke Bowls, Hot Honey Ground Beef Bowls, Mediterranean Chicken, Chicken Caesar, Chicken Chipotle Burrito, Chicken Vietnamese and a Crunchy Chicken Fattoush all made up the core of it, with a Vegan Falafel and Beetroot Tahini Bowl and an Eat Your Fruit and Veg Salad Bowl sitting comfortably alongside them. Sandwiches came in a few different builds too, including a Chicken Avocado, a Chicken BLT, a Crunchy Salad Vegan option, and two Sandwich, Wrap and Baguette packs for anyone who wanted a bit more to work with.
Drinks were spread across cold pressed juices in Watermelon Apple and Mint, Orange Carrot Pineapple and Ginger, and straight 100% Orange, plus DA-SH Sparkling Water in Raspberry, Lime and Peach, Coke, Coke Zero and a Mount Franklin Lightly Sparkling. It gave people genuine options rather than just a default bottle of water next to a sugar drink.
The juice flavours in particular felt considered for a midday delivery. Orange Carrot Pineapple and Ginger tends to land well when people are picking up after a morning of meetings.
