Natilik’s team started their morning well. Two Breakfast Boxes came out alongside a dozen Ham and Salmon Croissants, so there was something substantial for people arriving early and something lighter for those who rolled in a little later. That kind of overlap tends to work better than a single drop of pastries that disappears in the first ten minutes.
The two Pastries Platters and the Sweet and Savoury Vegetarian Platter filled out the table nicely, giving the croissants some company without doubling up on the same flavours. The vegetarian platter in particular drew a steady crowd throughout the morning, not just at the start.
