The Premier’s Department in Sydney had a fairly substantial afternoon order come through, anchored by seven Sandwich and Wrap Platters. That kind of volume tells you something about the room it was going into. Enough people, enough hands reaching across the table, that individual portions weren’t going to cut it.

Alongside the platters, the Mini Sweet Tarts in a 16 pack gave the sweeter end of the table something to land on, and the Gluten Free Friands Platter meant that wasn’t an afterthought for anyone avoiding gluten. One Chicken Vietnamese Salad Bowl was also on the order, which suggests at least one person in the room had a more specific preference sorted ahead of time.

The friands are the kind of thing people tend to notice once the main platters are cleared and the meeting winds down a little.
