The Danishes were the obvious centrepiece for the Quantum Therapy team this week. One box of twelve, fresh and layered, the kind of thing that disappears from a table before most people have had their first coffee. Alongside them, six Tropical Fruit Cups gave the order a lighter option that actually got used, rather than just sitting to the side for appearance.
Quantum Therapy is based in Sydney, and this felt like a mid-morning catering order designed around a busy workspace. The fruit cups in particular worked well for that setting, individual serves that do not require plates or any real setup time.
Six of them meant nobody had to share or wait, which in a working environment is genuinely the difference between food that gets eaten and food that gets skipped.
