Eight sandwich, wrap and baguette platters is a substantial amount of food, and for a team the size of Sydney Water’s, it made sense. The delivery went to their Sydney office in the CBD, and the combination of filled rolls alongside the cocktail pies and sausage rolls gave people something to graze on across the whole session rather than just at the start.

The cocktail platter worked particularly well as a standing food. People could pick up a pie between conversations without needing to sit down with a plate. The wraps and baguettes handled the more substantial appetite, and with eight platters across the group, there was enough that nothing ran out before the room did.

Midday deliveries to busy city offices tend to move fast, and this one was no different. The food was gone well before the afternoon.
