TSA Management keeps us busy in Sydney, and this morning delivery was a solid one. The 9:30 arrival landed right at that window where people are still settling in, grabbing a coffee, and not quite ready to think about lunch. A pastries platter and danishes alongside the fruit platter meant there was something to pick at from the moment the food hit the table.
Seventeen sandwich, wrap and baguette platters is a meaningful number. That kind of volume points to a larger team gathering, probably a meeting that ran through the late morning and into lunch. The share pack rounded it out for a smaller group on the side, which is a practical call when not everyone needs a full platter.
The fruit platter being large made sense given the scale. It tends to go fast when pastries and bread are already on the table and people want something lighter to balance it out.
