Urbis had a lunch order come through for their Sydney office, and with eight sandwich platters, five wraps platters, and four baguette platters on the order, there was clearly a decent crowd to feed.

What stood out practically was how the mix worked across a group. Sandwich platters tend to go quickly in office settings because they’re easy to grab without thinking too hard about it. The wraps hold together well if lunch runs a little long or people come back for seconds. The baguettes bring something slightly more substantial for anyone who wants it.

The 11am delivery window gave the Urbis team time to set everything out before people started filtering through, which makes a real difference when you’re feeding a room rather than a table.
