Windcave had a solid breakfast spread going this week at their Sydney office. The Breakfast Wraps Platter came in a 20 pack, which tells you something about the size of the morning they were catering for. Alongside that, ten Sandwich Platters handled what was clearly a longer stretch of eating, likely running from the morning session straight through to midday.
The Raw Fingers and Slices Platter sat alongside everything else as the kind of thing people graze on between the more substantial pieces. Crudites and sliced fruit tend to disappear quietly but steadily throughout an event, and a single platter at that scale suggests it was there to complement rather than anchor the table.
