WT Partnership’s office in Sydney had a lunch delivery today that kept things light and easy. Four baguette platters alongside a Chicken Vietnamese Salad made for a setup that clearly suited a working lunch, people could grab what they needed without it turning into a production.

The baguettes did a lot of the heavy lifting in terms of volume, four platters covers a reasonable number of people, and the Vietnamese salad brought something fresher to the table. The chicken, herbs, and that clean citrus dressing in that style of salad tend to hold up well over a lunch period rather than wilting the moment the lid comes off.

It’s a combination that makes sense for a busy professional environment. The salad probably disappeared faster than the baguettes.
