The Zembl team started their morning with something worth showing up early for. We delivered to their Sydney office a pastries platter alongside four tropical fruit cups and four yoghurt pods with granola and naturally sweet yoghurt.
What made this order function so cleanly was how each item suited a different kind of person at that hour. The pastries sat at the centre of things, the kind of item people drift toward when they first walk in. The fruit cups gave those after something lighter a real option, not an afterthought. The yoghurt pods with granola were individually portioned, so no one was waiting on anyone else or hovering over a shared dish.
Four of each individual item meant the team could move through breakfast at their own pace without anything running out before the room filled up.
