YESS Uniting in Oatlands had a solid spread of catering land this week, and the order itself gave a good picture of how their team eats through a working day. The sandwich, wrap, and baguette platter was ordered in quantity, twelve of them, which tells you this was a proper sit-down moment for a decent-sized group rather than a casual pass-around.
Alongside that, the vegan falafel and beetroot tahini platter and the Asian greens salad gave the table something more considered than a token vegetable option. Both platters held their own next to the heartier food rather than sitting untouched at the end.
The hummus and veggies platter is the kind of thing people graze on before the main food gets opened, and it looked like that was exactly how it was used here. The seasonal fruit platter at regular size rounded things out for after, and the assorted mini muffins gave the team something to carry back to their desks.
Twenty muffins going out of an Oatlands office always disappears faster than anyone expects.
