The Ausgrid Depot team in Oatley had a solid spread of food going out this week, anchored by fifteen sandwich and wrap platters. That kind of volume tells you something about the size of the crew being fed, and it meant the platters were doing real work rather than sitting as backup.

Alongside those, two Chicken Viet salad bowls gave people something lighter and fresher to pull from. At a depot setting, having a bowl like that available tends to get more use than you might expect. The mini brownies rounded things out in the most straightforward way possible, twenty per pack, easy to grab and go without any fuss over portioning or serving.

For a workplace lunch at that scale, the brownies were probably gone before the salad bowls were empty.
