The Department of Education office in Parramatta had individual bowls coming in for what looked like a working lunch across a small group. Each person had their own order, which kept things simple on the day.

The bowls covered a fair amount of ground. Two Chicken Vietnamese Salad Bowls, a Mediterranean Chicken Salad Bowl, a Chicken Chipotle Burrito Bowl, a Bimbimbap Poke Bowl, a Chicken Caesar Salad Bowl, and a Vegan Mediterranean Salad Bowl. Nothing doubled up unnecessarily, so each person clearly knew what they wanted ahead of time.

The Seasonal Fruit Platter sitting alongside the individual bowls made sense as a shared finish to the meal, something the whole group could move onto once the main orders were done. It was a practical way to round things out without overcomplicating the order.

Eight portions, one platter, and no crossover between the bowls. That kind of specificity usually only happens when a team has done this before.
