The OwnHome team in Potts Point put together a solid spread for what looked like a busy office day. Six sandwich, wrap and baguette platters formed the backbone of the order, giving people enough to graze through without running short, and the Mixed Favourites Sushi Platter sat alongside them as something a bit lighter for those who wanted it.
What made this order practical was how the croissants fit in. Two packs of ham and salmon croissants work just as well for a late breakfast as they do alongside lunch, so timing was never going to be an issue. The Southern Chicken Tenders rounded things out, and thirty pieces disappear quickly in a room full of people.
