CFMEU’s office in Pyrmont ordered seventeen sandwich, wrap and baguette platters, and it was one of those deliveries where the sheer volume tells you something about the day they had ahead. A large team, a working lunch, and no time to fuss with individual orders.
The platters sat well in that kind of environment. Sandwiches, wraps and baguettes together mean people can move through quickly, grab what suits them, and get back to it. Nothing requires plates or much setup. For a workplace running at pace, that practicality matters more than most things.
Seventeen platters across a single drop is a solid run, and the CFMEU team clearly knew exactly what they needed. The baguettes tend to go first in our experience.
