Abergeldie Complex Infrastructure had a busy one at their Regents Park site, and the food needed to keep up with that. Sixteen sandwich, wrap and baguette platters formed the backbone of the order, which tells you something about the size of the crew being fed. These were not accent pieces. They were the main event.
Alongside those, the cocktail pies and rolls platter gave people something warm and handheld to grab between tasks, and the vegetarian curry puffs and filo pastry platter covered the lighter, pastry side of things without needing a separate setup or plating. Everything could be laid out and accessed quickly, which matters when a team is rotating through a break rather than sitting down together.
Sixteen platters of sandwiches going to one address is always a good sign that someone planned this properly well in advance.
