Little Bird PR’s office in Rosebery had a solid spread of people to feed, and the order reflected that. Eighteen sandwich, wrap and baguette platters formed the core of the lunch, alongside a large chicken Viet salad platter that gave the table something a little more substantial to work through. The morning tea platter sat alongside two small fruit and veg platters, which meant the food held up across a longer stretch of the day rather than disappearing all at once.

Thirty cold pressed juices, split between orange and apple, were included alongside the platters. With fifteen plates, forks and napkins packed in, the team at Little Bird PR had everything they needed on arrival without sourcing anything separately. That kind of self-contained setup tends to work well in a PR office environment where people are moving between meetings and grabbing food as they go.
