Two Breakfast Baguette Platters and two Sweet & Savoury Platters made their way to Rosebery this morning, all vegetarian across the board. That kind of consistency makes a difference when you’re feeding a group, no need to second-guess which items work for whom.
The baguettes handled the early part of the meal well. Soft, filling, and easy to eat without plates or fuss, which matters when people are still settling in for the day. The Sweet & Savoury Platters then gave the table something to graze on as the morning stretched out, a mix of lighter bites that didn’t feel heavy after the baguettes.
Four platters between a team is a solid call for a morning where food needs to carry people through rather than just mark the start of a meeting.
