Twelve Sandwich & Wrap Platters is a serious order, and Crusader Caravans in Rosehill clearly had a crowd to feed. That kind of volume tells you the lunch break actually matters there, not just something squeezed in between tasks.
The Breakfast Boxes went out first, two of them, which made sense for a team that likely starts early. Then through the middle of the day the sandwich and wrap platters did the heavy lifting, with the Hummus & Veggies Platter sitting alongside as something to graze on rather than commit to a full serve.
The Mini Lamingtons rounded things out in a way that felt considered. Twenty-five pieces for a manufacturing floor means most people got one, maybe two, without anything going to waste. That kind of fit is easy to overlook, but it matters when you are feeding a team on a schedule.
