The Precinct Studios Pty Ltd in Rozelle had a solid lunch order in recently, and the combination of food made a lot of sense for a working studio environment.
Twelve sandwich, wrap and baguette platters formed the backbone of the meal, which meant there was something straightforward for people to grab without needing to think too much mid-shoot or mid-session. Alongside those came a chipotle chicken burrito platter, which tends to be the kind of thing people circle back to for seconds.
The three salads sitting next to all of that gave the table real balance. The smoked salmon green goddess, the vegan Mediterranean, and a couscous, pumpkin and feta platter each brought something different in flavour and texture. The couscous one in particular tends to hold up well over a longer lunch period, which in a studio setting where not everyone eats at the same time actually matters quite a bit.
