  • Where do you deliver to?

    We deliver to over 350 suburbs all over Sydney – simply enter your postcode or suburb in the section above called “Check if we deliver to you” to find out if we deliver to your suburb.

  • Is there a delivery fee?

    We offer free delivery if you order over a certain amount, depending on what suburb you are located in. For orders under these amounts, there can be a delivery fee which ranges from $15-$20 to make sure we can cover the wages for our staff, transportation and refrigeration.   • Is there a minimum order?

    We have minimum orders depending on what suburb we are delivering to. The minimums are fairly low so you shouldn’t have an issue reaching it. Simply enter your postcode or suburb in the section above called “Check if we deliver to you” to find out the minimum order amount for your suburb.

  • Can I get a quote instead of ordering online?

    Of course! We are more than happy to put together a quote for you to make sure you are completely satisfied before making the order. Please email at orders@feedwell.com.au us or call us at (02) 9252 1982.

  • How do I order?

    There are three ways to place an order.

    Option 1: Simply order online – just click through to the menu above. This is easy and convenient, and you can save all your delivery information for next time!

    Option 2: Email us at orders@feedwell.com.au

  • What is your cut off time to order?

    We have different cut off times for different locations, as some locations can take us a little longer to get there, so we need to plan ahead. To view cut off times for each suburb, simply enter your postcode or suburb in the section above called “Check if we deliver to you” to find out.

  • Can you do last minute orders?

    We always try our absolute best to accommodate last minute requests. If you have a last minute order, please call us on (02) 9252 1982 as soon as possible.

  • I don’t know how much to order – can you help?

    It’s sometimes tricky to decide how much to order. Feel free to email us at orders@feedwell.com.au or call us on (02) 9252 1982 and we can give you some suggestions and help tailor make an order for you 🙂

  • Do you cater for people with dietaries and allergens?

    Yes we do. We package dietary and allergy items separately with labels so you know what is what.

  • Can I collect the order?

    Certainly! When you get to the checkout, simply select “Pick Up” as your option instead of delivery. At the moment collection is available from our Pitt St store in the Sydney CBD.

  • Can I cancel my order?

    Yes you can. However we do have some restrictions around this:

    Cancellations by 2pm, 5 business days before, will incur no fee.

    Cancellations by 2pm, 2 business days beforehand will incur a 50% fee of the total invoice.

    Cancellations on the same day will incur full charge and no refund. We have these restrictions in place as we are charged by our suppliers right after we place an order. Our produce and ingredients are always used fresh and we cannot resell it.

  • I’m interested in your corporate catering, can I get samples first?

    We would love to stop by with some tasty samples. This is a great way for you to meet our team, ask as many questions, and try the food before you buy the food! Feel free to email at orders@feedwell.com.au or call us on 9252 1982 to arrange this.

  • Can I set up an account with you with credit terms instead of paying online?

    If you process ongoing orders, we can usually set up an account for you! Please contact us on (02) 9252 1982 or email us at orders@feedwell.com.au and we can process your request. We can turn this around really quickly.
