At home, easy to make fresh salad kits for lunches or dinners. The only cooking and food preparation required is for the rice, vermicelli noodles, crisping up the par-baked baguettes, and chopping up some veggies. Your kit will arrive with simple assembly instructions. Each flavour you choose will come with enough for 4 servings. Simply select at least 2 flavours, but you can add more if you wish

Poached chicken, cos lettuce, boiled eggs, bacon, croutons, sunflower seeds, and caesar dressing.

Poached chicken, shredded carrots, cucumber, shredded cabbage, vermicelli noodles, lime, mint, coriander, crispy shallots, crushed peanuts, sriracha, and nuoc cham dressing.
Cooking required: soak vermicelli noodles.

Falafel Fattoush Salad (Veg)

Falafel, mixed lettuce, shredded beetroot, mint, radish, red onion, cucumber, crispy lebanese bread, beetroot tahini dip, sumac, and blood orange dressing.
Cooking required: none.

Chipotle Chicken Burrito Salad (GF)

Chipotle chicken, avocado, brown rice, coriander, lime, sweetcorn, pickled jalapenos, roast pumpkin, crispy tortillas, chipotle mayo.
Cooking required: boil brown rice.

Tofu & Sweet Potato Buddha Bowl (Veg)

Marinated tofu, roast pumpkin, brown rice, baby spinach leaves, lime, cucumber, edamame, pickled ginger, crispy shallots, and miso dressing.

Mediterranean Chicken Salad (GF)

Lemon herb poached chicken, kalamata olives, baby spinach leaves, red onion, cherry tomatoes, feta, dried oregano, cucumber, grilled eggplant, and greek lemon dressing.
