Both the 35 pack and 16 pack platter features an assortment of the following flavours :

• Irish Cream (Light brown) - Choux pastry filled with an Irish Cream flavoured creme patissiere, topped with milk chocolate ganache and finished with dark chocolate lines
• Turkish Delight (Pink) - Choux pastry filled with an Turkish Delight flavoured creme patissiere, topped with a pink ganache and chocolate lines
• Pistachio (Green crumb) - Choux pastry filled with an Pistachio flavoured creme patissiere, topped with a chocolate ganache and crushed pistachio nuts
