GMS in Silverwater had a solid order come through recently, and the scale of it made sense once you saw how it all came together on the day.
Eight sandwich, wrap and baguette platters formed the core of the lunch, which tells you this was feeding a decent crowd. Alongside those, both the Chicken Caesar and Mediterranean Chicken salad platters gave people something more substantial to build a plate around. The Cocktail Pies and Rolls platter and the Grazing Platter filled out the table, so by the time everything was set up there was enough to keep people coming back without anything running thin too early.
The Assorted Mini Muffins and the Mini Profiteroles handled the sweet end of things, and honestly the profiteroles tend to go fast in office settings. GMS was no exception.
