Our special event catering menus are ideal for any type of party or celebration, featuring more than 150 different items served either as platters for sharing or as single serves individually packed. This includes dishes created for particular dietary needs, and we deliver a range of vegetarian, vegan, gluten free and dairy free platters.

Choose from a variety of fresh, handmade gourmet fillings (including 20% vegetarian fillings as standard) on fresh brown or white bread, baguettes or wraps. Our fresh salad platters ensure that guests at your event have plenty of healthy eating options. Freshly made by hand, nutritious and enticing, our salad platter menu has something for everyone, including an exciting range of vegan, vegetarian and gluten free platters. We can also deliver seasonal fresh fruit platters.
We can deliver a wide range of hot finger food items that are sure to be a hit at your next special occasion or event. This includes platters featuring frittatas, quiches, cocktail rolls or filo pastries, or you can create a shared combination platter featuring a mix of them all.
Feedwell grazing platters are the ideal dish to serve at parties and special events, as they include a variety of tasty treats that will appeal to all. We have antipasto and vegetarian platters, as well as mixed grazing boards, along with a selection of gluten free, vegan and vegetarian options.
With our cheese platters, guests at your event can enjoy a variety of different gourmet Australian cheeses accompanied by a selection of fig-nut crackers, water crackers, walnuts, blueberries, strawberries, and dried apricots. We have gone over and above the government requirements to ensure the safety of our customers and staff. We have a registered COVID safe plan with the NSW Government which includes strict requirements around sanitisation, wearing of face masks, quarantine, covid testing and self isolation requirements. All our staff including delivery drivers are fully vaccinated.
If your company is not allowing deliveries at this stage to your premises, we offer contactless pick up from our store located at 56 Pitt St, Sydney also. Alternatively, we can provide delivery to your lobby or reception area for you to collect.
We offer free delivery if you order over a certain amount, depending on what suburb you are located in. For orders under these amounts, there can be a delivery fee which ranges from $10-$20 to make sure we can cover the wages for our staff, transportation and refrigeration to ensure your deliveries are on time, every time. We have minimum orders for our corporate catering depending on what suburb we are delivering to. The minimums are fairly low so you shouldn’t have an issue reaching it. Simply enter your postcode or suburb in the section above called “Check if we deliver to you” to find out the minimum order amount for your suburb.

Our orders cut off at 4pm for next day delivery for the suburbs which are within our delivery zones.
We always try our absolute best to accommodate last minute requests for catering in Sydney. If you have a last minute order, please call us on (02) 9252 1982 as soon as possible.

We deliver delicious food in Sydney on weekends! For weekend deliveries, please email these to us at orders@feedwell.com.au or call us on (02) 9252 1982. The website will not allow you to select a weekend date so please contact us instead and we can process this for you. The minimum orders for weekends are as follows:
We package dietary and allergy items separately with labels so you know what is what. However our products are made in a kitchen whereby ingredients such as eggs, fish, sesame, peanuts, milk, soy, nuts, tree nuts, gluten, lupin, sulphites and crustaceans are also used. We therefore cannot guarantee the complete absence of these ingredients and some products may inadvertently contain these ingredients and cross-contamination may occur. It’s important for customers with food allergies to be aware of this risk and we do not assume liability for reactions from the meal consumed.
Certainly! When you get to the checkout, simply select “Pick Up” as your option instead of delivery. At the moment collection is available from our Pitt St store in the Sydney CBD.
Yes you can. However we do have some restrictions around this:
Cancellations by 2pm, 5 business days before, will incur no fee.
Cancellations by 2pm, 2 business days beforehand will incur a 50% fee of the total invoice.
Cancellations on the same day will incur full charge and no refund. We have these restrictions in place as we are charged by our suppliers right after we place an order. Our produce and ingredients are always used fresh and we cannot resell it.

It sure is! The chicken and beef we use are both halal certified.
Due to current staff shortages, we have had to temporarily pause our home delivery service. We’re sorry for any inconvenience and will email you once this service is back running.
