Team2 Architects and Interiors ordered 18 of the Sandwich, Wrap and Baguettes Platter for their St Leonards office, and it made a lot of sense for a working lunch. Platters like this tend to suit studios well. People eat between conversations, grab something while reviewing drawings, come back for a second wrap when they get a moment. Nothing sits on a plate waiting.
The mix of sandwiches, wraps and baguettes meant different people could eat at different paces without anything going to waste. Eighteen platters across a team that size kept the food moving without a gap in between, which is usually where these things fall apart.
The baguettes in particular hold up well over a longer lunch, which in a busy architecture studio is rarely a short one.
