Can we tailor our menu options and prices for our staff?
Absolutely. We will work with you to understand your budget, and the type of food, snacks and drinks you would like to offer your staff. We will then set up a dedicated menu for your company and place any restrictions on ordering that you would like. eg 1 meal per week, no drinks etc.

I don't know what food we want, can you help?
We sure can and would love to! Leave the stress with us. We will go through a few questions with you and will put together a tailored menu which we think will fit your company and your budget :)

Is there any lock in contract?
No there is not. It is completely up to you how frequent or infrequent you would like to offer this to your staff. We have some clients who have several drop offs a week, and some clients who get one drop off every few months for a particular event. It’s up to you :)

What is the order cut off time for our staff?
Once we know the approximate number of staff you are going to be feeding, we will set a cut off time so your staff know when to order by. Usually we can accommodate cut off all the way up to the day before the delivery day.

Can we do this as a one off?
That is no problem at all. There are no lock in commitments with this and if you’d like to offer this to your staff for a one off occasion, that is completely fine.

How do we set this up?
Simply give us a call on (02) 9252 1982 or email us on orders@feedwell.com.au – we will contact you to get a few simple details and have this set up for you. We can have this set up within 1 day.

How do we know what meals are for what staff members?
We make this super easy for you. We label every item with your staff member’s name so when your delivery arrives for your company, it is easy to distribute.

Can you label dietary requests for certain staff members?
Absolutely. When your staff member places their order, they will have the option to select what dietary requirements they have and we will label their meals accordingly.

Where do you deliver to?
We deliver delicious food to over 350 suburbs all over Sydney – simply enter your postcode or suburb in the section above called “Check if we deliver to you” to find out if we deliver to your suburb.

What precautions does Feedwell take with COVID?
We have gone over and above the government requirements to ensure the safety of our customers and staff. We have a registered COVID safe plan with the NSW Government which includes strict requirements around sanitisation, wearing of face masks, quarantine, covid testing and self isolation requirements. All our staff including delivery drivers are fully vaccinated.

Is there a delivery fee?
We offer free delivery if you order over a certain amount, depending on what suburb you are located in. For orders under these amounts, there can be a delivery fee which ranges from $10-$20 to make sure we can cover the wages for our staff, transportation and refrigeration to ensure your deliveries are on time, every time. It sure is! The chicken and beef we use are both halal certified.
