Three large Morning & Afternoon Tea Platters heading into Surry Hills this week, and honestly it was the kind of order that makes sense the moment you think about who they’re feeding. A morning platter that carries through to the afternoon means one setup covers the whole day, no second run, no gap in the middle where everyone starts raiding the snack drawer.
The platters went out across both sessions, keeping things consistent from the first coffee of the morning through to that 3pm slump. Three of them at that size means a decent crowd was being looked after, the kind of office where people actually gather rather than eat at their desks.
