We are a proud supporter of OzHarvest at our Retail Store.
Because of our commitment to having all of our Sandwiches, Wraps, Baguettes, Salads and Snack Pods Made Fresh Daily, anything that isn’t sold by the end of the day is not held to the next day. It’s not wasted though - it’s donated to OzHarvest!
OzHarvest rescues these unsold fresh food items from us at the end of each day and it’s then distributed to various charities who help people in need of food relief.

Ethical supply chain
In the conduct of its activities, Feedwell is committed to complying with all applicable laws, food safety regulations, as well as with best practices, in particular with regards to labour standards and social responsibility, protection of the environment, and ethics and business integrity. At Feedwell, we place elite standards of food safety at the forefront of everything we do and that’s why whilst most caterers do not have HACCP accreditation, we have taken the initiative to implement this as the highest level of food safety within our operations to ensure that utmost safety and quality of every meal we deliver.
What is HACCP? HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) is a science-based systematic risk management system that identifies, evaluates, and controls potential food safety hazards throughout the entire food supply chain, from production to consumption. It is a proactive approach that focuses on preventing hazards rather than relying solely on inspection on the final product.

Feedwell has established an environmental strategy and takes concrete measures to protect the environment within the scope of a specific program which includes cooperation with its Suppliers to ensure application of best practices throughout the supply chain.
Feedwell expects its Suppliers to share this commitment. We encourage initiatives by our suppliers to reduce the environmental impact of their activities, notably through the use of green technologies and to share environmental figures with Feedwell.
Feedwell requires that its Suppliers respect applicable and local international environment laws, regulations, and best professional standards, obtain all requisite environmental permits, and that they be able to prove effective implementation of the following:
Raw materials, components, and products:
Contributions to continuous improvements in environmental performance throughout the lifecycle of the products of Feedwell.
Measures to guarantee traceability, share information with regard to raw material origin, and compliance for raw materials and substances used including but not limited to responsible sourcing of palm oil, ethically sourced coffee and RSPCA Approved Farming Scheme.
Feedwell requires exemplary integrity from its Suppliers in the conduct of their business activities. Feedwell expects its Suppliers to act in full compliance with applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations in the conduct of their business, in particular in the following areas: prohibition of corruption and money-laundering, respect of competition, prevention of insider trading and protection of personal information.
