Catering at Sydney International Airport always comes with its own rhythm. Sydney Airport keeps things moving around the clock, and the order we delivered recently reflected that kind of practical, no-fuss thinking.
Twelve sandwich platters made up the bulk of it, which tells you this was feeding a decent-sized group without any fuss over individual preferences. Alongside that, a Morning and Afternoon Tea Platter covered the sweeter side of the break, and a small Seasonal Fruit Platter sat alongside it as something lighter to reach for.
