Tassal’s team at Sydney Olympic Park ordered a solid lunch spread for what looked like a mid-sized group sitting down together. The sandwich, wrap and baguette platter carried most of the weight for the main, with ten serves covering the table, and the chicken chipotle wrap came through as a standalone addition alongside it.

The two salad platters, chicken viet and falafel, gave the meal somewhere to go beyond the handheld options. Forks and plates were included, which made sense given the salads needed actual cutlery to eat properly. The hummus pod with carrot and celery sat alongside everything as something to graze on before plates were loaded up.

Gluten free friands rounded things out on the sweeter side, twelve to a pack, which is exactly the kind of thing that disappears quietly at the end of a lunch without much fuss.
