Destination NSW had their order delivered to The Rocks this week, and it was a straightforward brief done properly. Fifteen sandwich and wrap platters going out to a team that size means there’s very little room for anything to fall short, and the gluten free chicken and avo pack sitting alongside the rest of the order meant nobody had to figure out an alternative on the day.
The large fruit platter landed well in that context. By the time a team works through that volume of filled bread, having something fresh and cold to finish on makes a practical difference. It’s not decorative, it genuinely gets used.
The Rocks is a busy drop at the best of times, and getting fifteen platters plus individual packs in without disruption is the part of the job that doesn’t get mentioned but absolutely matters.
