GreenCollar Group’s office in The Rocks had a working lunch to get through, and the order reflected exactly that. Twelve Sandwich, Wrap and Baguette Platters came in, and the volume made sense the moment you pictured a full team moving between meetings without much of a break.
What stood out practically was how well that format holds up in a grab-and-go situation. Nobody needed to pause for plates or cutlery. The sandwiches, wraps and baguettes gave people enough difference to make a choice without slowing things down, and the quantity meant no one was waiting around to see what was left.
A lunch order that disappears quickly is usually a good sign. This one was gone before the afternoon kicked in.
