The University of Sydney Business School had a delivery from us recently, and it was a fairly compact order that did exactly what it needed to do. A Sweet and Savoury Grazing Platter alongside a 24-pack of Mini Sweet Tarts, sent through to The University of Sydney campus in NSW.
What made this order sensible for a business school setting is that the grazing platter handled both ends of the table. Guests who wanted something light and savoury had it covered, and those reaching for something sweet after had the tarts waiting. No gaps, no awkward moment where the food runs one direction and the crowd runs another.
The Mini Sweet Tarts in particular are the kind of thing that disappears faster than expected at a campus event. Twenty-four is never as many as it sounds.
