The University of Sydney Business School had a full morning ahead, and the food needed to hold up across it. We dropped off to The University of Sydney with enough to carry the team from breakfast through to the afternoon.

The Breakfast Box went out early, giving people something solid before the day got moving. From there, the Morning and Afternoon Tea Platter kept things going without a gap, sitting alongside the Sweet and Savoury Vegetarian Platter for those grazing between sessions. The Tartlets Platter, twenty pieces, gave the table some structure without feeling formal.

The fruit was split across two formats, a Seasonal Fruit Platter and individual Fruit Skewers, which meant people could grab something quickly without needing to stop and serve themselves from a shared plate. That detail makes a difference when a room is still in session.
