The University of Sydney Business School had a breakfast order in recently, and it was a compact but considered one. A single Breakfast Box anchored the morning, with fruit skewers, carrot cake bites, and a pack of danishes rounding things out alongside it.
What made this one interesting was the way the sweeter items carried the order through what was likely a longer session. The danishes would have gone early, as they tend to, but the carrot cake bites and fruit skewers have more staying power. People come back to those throughout the morning rather than taking them all at once.
For a business school setting, that kind of order makes practical sense. Enough to feel considered without being excessive. The carrot cake bites in particular tend to disappear quietly but completely.
