The Australian Broadcasting Corporation team in Ultimo ordered lunch for a solid group, and what stood out practically was just how individually tailored the whole order was. Every item was its own separate thing, nobody sharing, nobody waiting on a platter to make its way around a table.

The bowls did most of the heavy lifting. Bibimbap Poke Bowls went to several people, the Chicken Chipotle Burrito Bowl was clearly a popular call, and the Chicken Vietnamese Salad Bowl showed up more than once too. Mixed in were the Hot Honey Ground Beef Bowl, Smoked Salmon Green Goddess, Crunchy Chicken Fattoush, Tuna and Cucumber, Mediterranean Chicken, Vegan Mediterranean, and the Eat Your Fruit and Veg bowl for good measure.

A couple of the Chicken BLT baguettes and a Chicken Avocado sandwich rounded things out for anyone who wanted something a little more hand-held. With an order this size, it would be easy for a few items to feel like an afterthought, but the dairy-free labelling on the baguettes and sandwich made it obvious someone at the ABC had done the groundwork before placing it.
